When do you receive an email notification?

Recare automatically sends you an email when:

  • an aftercare provider confirms your search request (i.e. signals that they can admit the patient)

  • an aftercare provider sends you a chat message in an ongoing search request

Note: In addition to the email, you see new activity directly in the Recare dashboard – a yellow dot in the "Active" folder and a bell icon for new chat messages.

Where do I find the notification in the dashboard?

Alongside the email, the Recare dashboard shows you:

  1. Open your dashboard at app.recaresolutions.com

  2. In the "Active" folder you see:

    • Yellow dot next to the number → an aftercare provider has responded

    • Yellow check icon → an aftercare provider has accepted the request

    • Bell icon → you have a new chat message

  3. Click the patient to see the details

The email doesn't arrive – what can I do?

If you don't receive a notification email, check the following:

  • search your spam or junk folder

  • check for typos in the email address stored in your Recare profile

  • ask your IT department to whitelist the sender domain mail.recaresolutions.com (if emails are generally blocked)

  • wait a few minutes – emails can arrive with a short delay

Important: If emails are permanently missing, please contact your IT department so the Recare sender domain is added to the whitelist.

FAQs

I didn't receive an email even though an aftercare provider agreed – what can I do?

First check your spam folder and whether your email address is stored correctly in your Recare profile. In the dashboard you see the confirmation independently of the email, directly under "Active" via the yellow check icon. If the problem persists, have your IT whitelist the sender domain mail.recaresolutions.com.

For which events do I not receive an email notification?

Currently, no email notifications are triggered when an aftercare provider sends a follow-up chat message after an assignment (e.g. in the "Ended" folder). These messages are, however, visible in the dashboard.

Can I unsubscribe from or adjust the email notifications?

Notification settings can be adjusted in your Recare profile under "Settings". For questions about this, contact Recare Support.
